Due to a recent rain storm, our basement had water damage and they responded immediately to get it cleaned up before mold started to grow. We have an 11 month old and they told us numerous times that their main concern was the health and safety of our family. They were thorough and professional the entire time. Not to mention the fact that they are the most compassionate people I have ever hired to help us with our home. We learned so much from Chris as he walked us through every detail of the job down to the products and equipment he was using. We were not left in the dark wondering what they were doing. This could’ve been a very stressful situation but Alana and Chris reassured us many times that they had everything under control. Chris ( one of the owners), answered right away. He asked questions to access the situation and said a crew was on its way. What a quick response!
